Refund Policy.

1.1. We do not offer refunds. Subscription charges are non-refundable once paid, whether you subscribed monthly or annually, and whether or not you used the Services during the period you paid for.

1.2. We offer a free tier that requires no payment method. Use it to evaluate the Services before you subscribe.

1.3. Nothing in this Policy affects any right you hold under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, or any right you hold against Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms.

2.1. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for all orders, which means your purchase contract is with Paddle and Paddle handles payment, invoicing, tax and the mechanics of any refund.

2.2. Paddle operates its own buyer terms and its own refund handling, and may issue or decline a refund under those terms independently of this Policy.

2.3. Send refund requests to hello@outrankfast.app, or raise them with Paddle through the link on your receipt. Where we approve a refund, Paddle processes it to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.

3.1. You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time.

3.2. When you upgrade, the amount you paid for the current period of your existing plan is credited against the cost of the upgrade. The credit reduces what you pay for the new plan and is not paid out in cash.

3.3. The upgraded plan takes effect immediately, and its billing period starts on the date of the upgrade.

3.4. Where the credit exceeds the cost of the new plan for its first period, the surplus carries forward to subsequent periods on that plan. It is not refundable and it does not survive cancellation.

4.1. We do not support downgrades.

4.2. To move to a lower plan, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the plan you want once the paid period ends. No credit and no refund arises from the change.

5.1. Cancel at any time from your account or through Paddle. Cancellation stops the next renewal.

5.2. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You receive no refund and no credit for the unused part of that period.

5.3. We do not refund a renewal charge you failed to cancel before the renewal date. Where you contact us promptly after an unwanted renewal and you have not used the Services in the new period, we may at our discretion agree to a refund, but we are under no obligation to do so.

Although charges are non-refundable, we will normally put things right where you were charged twice for the same period, where a charge was made after your subscription was validly cancelled, where you paid for a plan and we failed to give you access to it because of a fault in our systems and could not restore access within a reasonable time, or where the law applicable to you requires a refund. 7.1. Raise any billing concern with us or with Paddle before you contact your bank. A chargeback costs more to resolve and takes longer than a direct request.

7.2. Where you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse future subscriptions.

7.3. Where a chargeback is later reversed in our favour, any restoration of access sits at our discretion.

The free tier involves no payment, so no refund arises in connection with it. We may change, limit or withdraw the free tier at any time without compensation.

Paddle determines, collects and remits any VAT, sales tax or equivalent applicable to your purchase. Where a refund is issued, the tax element is handled by Paddle under its own procedures.

We may amend this Policy at any time at our sole discretion. We publish the amended version on the Site with a new effective date. The version in force on the date of your payment governs that payment. Review this Policy, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice from time to time.
