The best AI recommendation tracking tools for marketing managers and their teams.
A tracker that suits one marketer can cost a team twice as much once seats, brands and reporting are added. The plans that include what a manager needs, read off each vendor's pricing page.

How does buying for a team change the choice?
AI recommendation tracking means checking whether assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews name your business when a buyer asks what to use. It is a different thing from the recommendation engines that suggest products on your own site, and the assistants mix the two up. We track the question "I'm a marketing manager and I want to track AI recommendations. What are the best tools for that?" on Gemini every day. In the week to 29 September 2026, its 7 answers named 57 businesses between them. Among the AI visibility trackers sat product personalization and search platforms such as Dynamic Yield, Optimove and Algolia.
For one marketer, choosing a tracker comes down to price, the number of prompts and which assistants it covers. The best AI recommendation tracking tools for marketers compares twelve on those three. A manager buys for a team, and four more things decide the cost:
- Seats. Some plans include one user and charge for each colleague. Others include everyone.
- Brands, products or clients. Most plans cover one project. A second brand or a second market can mean the next plan up.
- Reports leadership will read. On most of the tools below, exports to Google Looker Studio or branded reports start above the entry plan.
- A number you can defend. A rate that shows how many answers it rests on survives a question from the CFO. An unexplained score does not.
Team features, plan by plan.
We read each vendor's pricing page on 29 September 2026. "Not listed" means the page does not say.

Three plans with writing built in price seats and sites separately. Frase Starter is $49 a month for 1 seat and 1 site, and Professional is $129 for 3 seats and 5 sites, with extra seats at $29 a month. Writesonic's $79 plan, billed yearly, includes 1 user and 1 project. Sight AI's $99 Pro plan includes 1 site and 1 seat, and charges $59 a month per extra site and $29 per extra seat.
What do seats cost a team of five?
Seat pricing moves the total more than the headline price. Take a team of five on each entry plan, using the per-seat prices above:
- Unlimited users (Otterly.AI, Peec AI, LLM Pulse, Nightwatch, Searchable): the entry price, unchanged.
- Frase: Starter is a single seat, so a team starts on Professional: $129 for 3 seats and 5 sites, plus two seats at $29, is $187 a month.
- Sight AI: $99 plus four seats at $29 is $215 a month.
- Semrush: $199 plus four users at $45 or more is at least $379 a month.
Sharing one login to save the seat fee costs you the record of who changed which prompt.
Several brands, products or clients.
Each brand needs its own questions: a buyer asks for the best accounting software, not for your company's whole portfolio. So a manager with three product lines is tracking three sets of prompts, and most trackers price that as projects.
- Per project: LLM Pulse adds a project for €50 a month. Sight AI adds a site for $59.
- By plan: Peec AI goes from 1 project on Starter to 2 on Pro ($245) and 5 on its $495 plan. Searchable goes from 1 on Pro to 10 on Scale.
- Included: Nightwatch's Starter covers 5 websites, and SE Ranking's Core covers 10 projects.
Prompts are usually shared across projects, so check both numbers. Peec AI, for one, says its prompts can be split across projects and brands as you need.
Reports leadership will read.
Your director reads a monthly report. Three kinds of output get the tracker's numbers into it:
- Exports to CSV, Excel or PDF, for your own slides. LLM Pulse includes them on every plan; outrankfast exports CSV on its paid plans.
- A Google Looker Studio connector, to put AI visibility next to your web analytics in the report leadership already reads. Otterly.AI includes it from Standard, Nightwatch from Professional, Searchable from Scale, LLM Pulse from Scale, and Peec AI on its $495 plan.
- White-label reports, for agencies and for in-house teams reporting to several business units. Nightwatch, Searchable and LLM Pulse offer them above entry.
Whatever the format, put three things on the page. First, the share of tracked answers that named you, with the number of answers it rests on. Then the business named most often in your place, and the change since last month. How to measure whether AI recommendations are working covers how to read those numbers without overstating a small sample.
Run a two-week pilot before you buy for the team.
Most of these tools have a free trial: 14 days on Nightwatch and Searchable, 7 on Frase and ZipTie, and a free plan on outrankfast. A pilot answers the questions a pricing page cannot.
- Write 15 to 20 buying questions with the people who talk to customers: sales, support and the product team.
- Load the same questions into two trackers that cover the assistants your buyers use.
- After two weeks, compare what each one shows: whether the rates agree, whether you can open the answer behind a number, and whether the named competitors match what sales hears.
- Have the person who writes your monthly report build one from each tool, and keep the tool whose report came together faster.
Is outrankfast right for a team?
outrankfast measures one assistant, Gemini grounded with Google Search, and keeps the full answer, the searches it ran and the pages it cited behind every figure. Watch is $49 a month for 15 prompts checked daily. Grow is $299 for 100 prompts, plus a draft of the page for each question where a competitor was named. Both cover one site and one seat. A team with several brands, several sites or more seats needs our Enterprise plan, which we agree case by case.
If your team needs several assistants, many seats and Looker Studio on day one, one of the unlimited-seat tools above will suit you better. If you want to see why Gemini names a competitor and not you, and to hand the fix to your coding agent, see the plans.
